Darrion Butler is a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in residential sales and investment. Since becoming licensed in 2013 and earning his broker’s license in 2024, he has built a reputation for leadership and strategic investing.He has facilitated more than $250 million in residential real estate sales and successfully flipped and managed over 250 investment properties.

His expertise includes acquisition, renovation, and building rental portfolios.Darrion is also passionate about educating others, teaching strategies such as flipping, short-term rentals, and the BRRR method.Based in Irving, Texas, his mission is simple: to lead, to serve, and to build.
